Brill Idea Saturday - Two Girls Being Crafty!

In my effort to make this a Mon-Sat blog, I'm kinda trying to follow an arbitrary schedule I've scribbled down:
Monday - Weekly Linky Party and Weekend Makes
Tuesday - (etsy) Treasury Tuesday
Wednesday- Wordless Wednesday (I got a new camera and want an excuse to learn how to use the damn thing!)
Thursday- Tutorials
Friday - Features (blog, shop, sales, whatever)
Saturday - Brilliant Idea Day
Yeah, I know they aren't the most original ones in the world, but I'm just starting out and am willing to let things evolve. If you have anything I should share, let me know! So on with the show:

Today I'd like you to meet Sharon and Tristan, from Two Girls Being Crafty. It is a really cute little blog with some really cool tutorials, like their Scrapple Art tutorial:

But, as cool as those are, the really real reason (say that fast ten times!) I'm featuring them on Brilliant Idea Saturday is due to their clever use of paper in this wreath:

Ok, I'll be really honest with you guys. I hate wreaths. I think they're ugly, stupid, pointless and sometimes border on creepy.  BUT, having said all that, this wreath is so freakin' cool, with its use of paper in such a clever, innovative way, that I could actually see myself being very pleased to receive it as a gift. (No, I cannot make it myself: I am totally crap with paper so even if I tried to, it would just end up looking like a papier mache monster threw up.) Seriously, how cool is it?!
